Constructed of gilded tombak with enamels, the obverse consisting of a pair of blue enameled wings with feathering highlighted in gilt, joined together at the centre by a mobile swastika, the reverse with a barrel hinge and horizontal pinback meeting a round wire catch, maker marked C.
